What is the strangest paradox in your opinion?


All the time.

Time, as many believe, or at least a certain amount that cannot be changed.  It is said that humans are three-dimensional beings, do not have the power to move freely against the time dimension, and can only move in space.

To explain something about the nature of time, the concept of time dilation can be explained simply.
The difference in gravitational potential/acceleration experienced by two objects, or gravitational time dilation.
Briefly, in practice time dilation, this time difference can be easily illustrated by the figure below.

At this point, there are two things that Einstein thought were contradictory.

Newton's theory emphasizes that the velocity of an object is always relative to another reference body.  So if a car is traveling at 40 kilometers per hour, it is traveling at 40 kilometers per hour (relative to the highway).
Another physicist Maxwell stated that the speed of certain electromagnetic waves such as B. Light is constant and does not change.  This is about 300,000 meters per second.
The two are inconsistent.  why?

If Newton's theory is truly universal, why is the speed of light not affected by anything else in the universe? Take gravity as an example.  Isn't Newton's theory that the speed of light is not constant?

Einstein, however, acknowledged a gap in Newton's theory.

Say you are on the highway.  Then two lightning strikes fell simultaneously about 100 yards to the left and about 100 yards to the right.

Of course you can also see the flash at the same time.  why?  Because light travels from the point of impact to the eye in 3.33564 x 10^-7, or 0.0000000033564 seconds.

Now there is a problem if we observe this phenomenon from a car moving, say at the speed of light.

Wouldn't the lightning strike at the same time as a moving observer?

Einstein solved this by assuming that time is not constant and may vary from observer to observer.  To solve the Newton-Maxwell contradiction, he thought he could extend the time of an observer moving at the speed of light (since Newton never said time travel was constant).

This absurdity is the beginning of the expansion of time.

Time has the right to be crowned as a dimension if you want to keep going because travel time is not constant.  In the three spatial continuums, this is called space-time or space-time.

Since gravity has an acceleration, Einstein also suggested that this acceleration affects the passage of time.  The greater the acceleration experienced by an observer, the slower time passes.

By the time you get here, it should be pretty cool, especially with the help of this film.

The "Now" Paradox

This may have something to do with time dilation.  But now we know that time can be extended or limited, and we also know that light has a certain speed.

Suppose you and I are standing 100 meters apart.  If light is indeed traveling at about 100,000 feet per second, and the image of you that I see is the result of light reflecting off of you, at 100 yards, I will see you for 0.0000000033564 seconds.

Therefore, when we observe the stars, we call it Alpha Centauri from the Norwegian sky.

The approximate distance between Alpha Centauri and Earth is 4,361 light years, so isn't the image of Alpha Centauri we see about 4,361 years old?  to the brain, will we always think of the past instead of the present?
